Forest Gate – chip pan fire

Three fire engines and around 15 firefighters attended a small fire involving a chip pan in a six storey block of flats on Woodgrange Road in Forest Gate, yesterday.

The Brigade was called at 2312 and the fire was under control by 2346. Firefighters from Stratford and Leytonstone stations were in attendance.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
