Devon runs a help desk for all the systems the Brigade uses. We have lots of different systems beacuse of the varied work we do.
"I’ve worked here for 13 years. The Brigade is a fantastic place to work; so many different people from all walks of life.
"It has changed a lot over the years. When I first started it was known for being a very macho place to work. That has changed so much since I have been here."

Devon has been part of the Pride London Crew for many years. He’s involved with the Brigade’s LGBT support group too.
"There are a range of support groups that the Brigade has. They hold events to raise money and awareness about their own communities. I feel very supported at the Brigade. It means a lot to know you have that shoulder to cry on, if you need it."
