How it works
We'll ask a some simple questions about you and your home, which helps us understand the risks you might have. This includes questions like if you smoke or have a history of home fires. The whole process takes a couple of minutes.
Based on your answers, we’ll recommend the most appropriate next steps, this might be advice you can act on yourself, including checking each room for common risks.
In some cases, we may recommend booking a free in‑person Home Fire Safety Visit. If you choose to do this, we’ll explain what’s involved and only collect the information needed to arrange it.
