Any change to or the reduction in provision of the firefighting provisions including the suppression system, firefighting mains, fire service radio provision and fire fighters lift including failure and/or maintenance.
Any change to or the reduction in provision of the fire detection and warning system including failure and / or maintenance.
Any change to or failure of compartmentation.
