1) Any change to or the reduction in provision of the smoke control measures both station and tunnels including failure and/or maintenance. 2) Any change to or the reduction in provision of the stair pressurisation system including failure and/or maintenance. 3) Any change to or the reduction in provision of the firefighting provisions including the suppression system, firefighting mains and fire fighters lift including failure and/or maintenance. 4) Any change to or the reduction in provision of the fire detection and warning system including failure and / or maintenance.
