Firefighters were called to a garage fire at a house on Brondesbury Park in Cricklewood, this morning.
Most of the garage was damaged by fire and three propane cylinders were cooled to an ambient temperature, because some cylinders can explode when exposed to heat.
Fortunately there were no injuries.
Fire engines from North Kensington and Willesden fire stations attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 1132 and the fire was under control at 1255. The fire is believed to have been caused by the careless disposal of a cigarette.
