Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers tackled a fire at a disused pub on Vicarage Crescent in Battersea, yesterday evening.
There were no injuries but part of the ground floor was damaged by fire.
Fire engines from Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham and Wandsworth fire stations attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 1942 and the fire was under control at 2056. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
