Fire crews wearing breathing apparatus led three men to safety after electrical equipment caught fire in a restaurant on Trafalgar Road in Greenwich on this morning.
One room in the restaurant, which contained the electrical equipment, was slightly damaged in the fire and the three men were led out of the building via an internal staircase.
The Brigade was called at 1119 and the fire was under control by 1159. Two fire engines and around ten firefighters from Greenwich and East Greenwich fire stations attended the incident. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
