Firefighters were called to a fire at a church on High Road in Tottenham, this evening.
Half of the ground floor, the whole of the mezzanine floor and part of the roof was damaged by fire.
Fortunately no-one was injured in the blaze.
Six fire engines and 35 firefighters Tottenham, Walthamstow and Stoke Newington fire stations attended the incident.
The fire is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault on the main intake supply to the building.
The Brigade was called at 2131 and the fire was under control at 0040.
