Six fire engines and 35 firefighters and officers tackled a barn fire on Milking Lane in Keston, yesterday afternoon.
An entire double barn containing bales of hay was completely damaged by the fire. Fortunately there were no injuries.
Crews are likely to remain at the scene throughout today (Tuesday) damping down remaining hot spots.
Fire engines from Addington, Biggin Hill, Bromley and Orpington fire stations were at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 1548 and the fire was under control at 2022. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
