Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers attended a fire at a block of offices and flats on Pocock Street in Southwark this evening.
One man left the premises before the arrival of the Brigade and was uninjured.
Part of a four roomed flat on the second floor was damaged by fire.
Firefighters from Dowgate, Lambeth and Old Kent Road fire stations attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 2246 and the fire was under control at 2331. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
