Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers tackled a blaze at an industrial unit on Dennises Lane in South Ockendon, Upminster, this afternoon.
Four shipping containers were damaged in the blaze; one container was completely damaged by fire and the other three were partly damaged.
Firefighters from Dagenham, Bromley and Harold Hill fire stations attended the incident.
The Brigade was called at 1427 and the fire was under control at 1522. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
