Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a house in Bassett Gardens, Osterley.
Part of the ground floor of the property was damaged by fire.
Two adults and five children left the property before the arrival of the Brigade and were taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews for precautionary checks.
The Brigade was called at 1708 and the fire was under control at 1825. Fire crews from Heston, Feltham and Southall fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
