Four fire engines and twenty one firefighters and officers were called to a fire in a three storey derelict building on Davenant Road in Croydon last night.
Part of the first floor of the three-storey building was damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1806 and the fire was under control at 1918. Fire crews from Woodside, Croydon and Norbury fire stations attended the scene.
