Two fire engines and 10 firefighters and officers were called to fire at a hotel in Devonshire Terrace, Paddington.
A small part of the first floor was damaged by the fire.
Two men were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews and were taken to hospital. One man was treated at the scene by London’s Air Ambulance and was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 1447 and the fire was under control at 1549. Fire crews from Paddington and Kensington fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
