Two women and a man escaped from a house fire on Crescent West in Enfield yesterday evening.
Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers dealt with the blaze, which damaged part of the basement of the detached house.
The Brigade was alerted to the fire at 1921 and it was brought under control at 1959. Fire engines came from stations including Barnet, Southgate and Finchley attended the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
