Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a house on Gloucester Road in Tottenham.
The roof of the property was destroyed by fire. Part of the first floor of the property was also damaged by fire.
One person left the property before the arrival of the Brigade.
The Brigade was called at 2117 and the fire was under control at 2252. Fire crews from Tottenham and Hornsey fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
