A man and two children were led to safety after a fire broke out in a flat on Malvern Road in West Kilburn, NW6 in the early hours of Monday morning.
There were no reports of injuries. A small part of a ground floor flat within a terraced house was damaged by fire.
The Brigade was called at 0125 and the fire was brought under control at 0219.
Six fire engines and 35 firefighters from Paddington, North Kensington, and West Hampstead attended the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
