Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Barth Road in Plumstead.
Half of the first floor and a small part of the roof of the mid-terraced house were damaged by the fire. One man and two women left the property before the Brigade arrived.
The Brigade was called at 1951 and the fire was under control by 2107. Fire crews from Erith, East Greenwich and Plumstead fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
