Five fire engines and around 35 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Halsend in Hayes.
Part of the ground floor and most of a roof was damaged by fire. A garden shed was also destroyed by fire. There were no reported injuries.
The Brigade's 999 Control Officers took 15 calls to the fire.
The Brigade was called at 1620 and the fire was under control by 1903. Fire crews from Heathrow, Twickenham, Hillingdon and other surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
