Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters attended a fire at a derelict public house in Woolwich Road in Greenwich.
The Brigade's Control centre received six calls about the fire, which damaged a small amount of the ground floor of the two storey public house.
The Brigade was called at 1230 and the fire was under control by 1321. Fire crews from East Greenwich and Plumstead attended the scene.
The cause of the fire will be investigated.
