Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a row of garages in Gladeside, Croydon.
Most of the row of garages was damaged by fire and four cars were also destroyed in the blaze.
The Brigade’s 999 Control Officers received 24 calls to the fire.
The Brigade was called at 0324 and the fire was under control at 0526. Fire crews from Woodside, Beckenham and Croydon fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
