Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters tackled a fire at the rear of a house on Belton Road in Tottenham.
Part of the ground floor at the rear of the property was damaged by fire. The fire also spread to neighbouring gardens. Fortunately, there were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1523 and the fire was under control by 1613. Fire crews from Stoke Newington, Hornsey, Edmonton fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
