A fault in a chiller cabinet is believed to have caused a fire in a shop in Joel Street, Northwood.
The Brigade was called after someone working in a neighbouring shop saw smoke and heard the store’s fire alarm.
Four fire engines and around 25 fire fighters attended the incident and tackled a fire in the storage area. There were no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire was believed to be a fault in a chiller cabinet.
The Brigade was called at 2251 and the fire was under control by 2339. Crews from Ruislip, Northolt and Stanmore fire stations attended the incident.
