Two fire engines and around 10 firefighters were called to a fire at a flat on Great Western Road in Notting Hill.
Part of the of a flat on the second floor was damaged by the fire. Four people left the building before the Brigade arrived. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 2217 and the fire was under control by 2251. Fire crews from North Kensington Fire Station attended.
The fire is believed to be accidental.
