Firefighters rescued a cat after it got its paw trapped in a kitchen sink at a house on Gladstone Avenue in Wood Green.
Crews worked quickly to take the sink apart to settle the cat and release its paw.
Firefighter Sonja Hoeben-Bluit, who was at the scene said: “It was a real team effort. My colleagues worked quickly to unscrew the sink and I pushed the cat's paw out of the plug hole.
"The owner was very grateful and luckily the cat was unharmed.”
The Brigade was called at 1233 and the incident was over by 1251. Fire crews from Tottenham fire station attended the scene.
