Two fire engines and around 10 firefighters were called to a fire on Kimpton Park Way in Sutton.
One caravan and a van were destroyed by fire. Firefighters cooled two gas cylinders to an ambient temperature as some cylinders can explode when exposed to heat. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1806 and the fire was under control by 1843. Fire crews from Sutton fire station attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
