Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a flat on Glynne Road in Wood Green.
Half of a three-roomed flat on the second floor of a three-storey block was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1357 and the fire was under control by 1449. Fire crews from Hornsey, Tottenham and Holloway fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
