Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a grass fire on Park Avenue in Orpington.
A timber tree house was destroyed by the blaze. One half hectare of trees and shrubs were also damaged. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1458 and the fire was under control by 1601. Fire crews from Orpington, Bromley and Biggin Hill fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
