Firefighters rescued a man from a collapsed house under renovation on St Dunstans Road in Feltham.
The man was working on the property when there was a partial collapse of a partition wall and chimney breast.
Group Commander Rob Davies, who was at the scene said:
"There has been great collaboration work between firefighters and the London Ambulance Service crews who both worked inside an unsafe structure to help rescue the injured man in the safest and quickest way possible."
The Brigade was called at 1035 and the incident was over by 1203. Fire crews from Feltham, Twickenham, Heston and Battersea fire stations were at the scene.
