Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire in a business unit on Concord Road in Acton.
Part of the ground floor was damaged by the fire. Everyone in the building left before crews arrived. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1411 and the fire was under control by 1511. Firefighters from Acton, Park Royal, Ealing and Chiswick fire stations attended the incident.
The fire is believed to be caused by radiated heat coming from an exhaust pipe.
