Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Beryl Road in Hammersmith.
Part of the third floor and the roof of a terraced house were damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1450 and the fire was under control by 1547. Fire crews from North Kensington, Kensington, Fulham and Chiswick fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
