Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Windmill Road in Ealing.
Part of the first floor of a terraced house was damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1026 and the fire was under control by 1135. Fire crews from Ealing, Acton, Chiswick and Heston fire stations attended the scene.
The Brigade’s Fire Investigators believe the fire was accidental and caused by hot works which were being carried out.
