Three fire engines and around fifteen firefighters attended a fire at a mid-terraced house on Bath Road in Heathrow.
A small area of the first floor was destroyed by fire. Fire crews wearing breathing apparatus rescued one man from the first floor of the property. He was suffering from smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 1541 and the fire was under control by 1645. Fire crews from Hayes, Heathrow and Feltham fire stations attended the scene.
