Firefighters rescued a woman from a fire at a block of flats on Willesden Lane in Willesden.
Part of a three roomed flat on the ground floor of the three-storey block was damaged by fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus rescued a woman from the flat. She was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 2000 and the fire was under control by 2101. Three fire engines and around 15 firefighters from Willesden and West Hampstead fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
