Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a house fire on Inverness Road in Southall.
Part of the ground floor of a semi-detached house was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1209 and the fire was under control by 1326. Fire crews from Hayes, Ealing, Feltham and Heathrow fire stations were at the scene.
The fire is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
