Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters dealt with a house fire on Princes Avenue in Southgate.
Half of the ground and first floor were damaged by the blaze. There are no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1018 and the fire was under control by 1150. Fire crews from Southgate, Tottenham, Hornsey and Finchley fire stations were at the scene.
