Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house on Runnymede Road in Twickenham.
Part of the ground floor of a semi-detached house was damaged by the fire. One woman left the property before the Brigade arrived. She was treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 2050 and the fire was under control by 2345. Fire crews from Heston and Twickenham fire stations were at the scene.
The fire has been recorded as accidental. The cause is still under investigation.
