A man has sadly died following a fire on Ramsgill Drive in Ilford.
Firefighters were called to a fire in the rear garden of a semi-detached house. One man was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews, where he sadly died.
The Brigade was called at 1352 and the incident was over for firefighters by 1508. Two fire engines from Ilford and Hainault fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
