Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a house fire on Cygnet Avenue in Feltham.
Most of the loft conversion of a mid-terrace house was damaged by fire and part of the first floor of the house and the roof of an adjacent property were also damaged by the blaze. A car parked on a driveway was also damaged by falling debris.
Station Commander Glen Nicolaides, who was at the scene, said: "Firefighters worked hard to bring the fire under control and remained at the scene throughout the afternoon damping down.
"Our drone team assisted with providing an aerial view of the incident and a turntable ladder was used to tackle the fire from the roof.
"Thankfully, there were no reports of any injuries."
The Brigade was called at 1405 and the fire was under control by 1617. Fire crews from Feltham, Heston, Hayes and Southall fire stations attended the scene.
The fire is believed to have been electrical.
