Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire at a house converted into flats on Kilburn Park Road in Maida Vale.
Part of the loft space in a three-storey terraced house converted into flats was damaged by the fire. One man and one woman were assessed at the scene for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 2121 and the fire was under control by 2229. Fire crews from Paddington, North Kensington, West Hampstead and Kensington fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is believed to have been electrical.
