Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a flat fire on The Broadway in Edmonton.
Firefighters tackled a blaze at an eleven storey block of flats, a small part of a flat on the fourth floor was destroyed by the fire. There were no injuries reported.
The Brigade was called at 1029 and the fire was under control by 1152. Fire crews from Edmonton, Tottenham, Enfield and other surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire will be investigated.
