Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters were called to a fire on Staines Road in Hounslow.
Firefighters tackled a fire in a park where around ten hectares of grassland were destroyed by the fire. The Brigade Control Office has taken 25 calls about the fire.
The Brigade was called at 1811 and the fire was under control by 2002 . Fire crews from Heathrow, Chiswick, Hayes and other surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire will be investigated.
