Firefighters rescued one person from a flat fire on Victoria Rise in Clapham.
Over half of the ground floor flat was damaged by the blaze. A further person left the property before the Brigade arrived.
London Ambulance Service crews assessed patients at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 2255 and the fire was under control by 2336. Three fire engines and around 15 firefighters from Clapham, Battersea and Brixton fire stations attended the incident. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
