Sadly, a man has died following a flat fire on Gladbeck Way in Enfield.
Part of a second-floor flat was damaged by fire. A man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 1602 and the incident was over for firefighters by 1858. Two fire engines from Enfield and Edmonton fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
