Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire at a bungalow on Shepherds Close in Chadwell Heath.
A range of garden sheds and around 10 metres of garden fencing were destroyed by fire. A woman left the building before the Brigade arrived. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1921 and the fire was under control by 2022. Fire crews from Ilford, Hainault and Harold Hill fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
