Firefighters tackled a fire at a house on Church Road in Croydon.
Half of the external soffit and fascia was damaged by the blaze as well as four garden fences.
A motorbike was gutted by fire and a half of a car was also damaged.
A woman left the property before the Brigade arrived. She was suffering from smoke inhalation and treated at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 1436 and the fire was under control by 1508. Fire crews from Wallington and Purley fire stations attended the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
