Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a fire on Brewer Street in Soho.
Part of the ceiling void between the ground floor restaurant and the first floor was damaged by the fire. Some of the external signage on the five-storey building was also damaged. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 0924 and the fire was under control by 1022. Fire crews from Soho, Euston and Lambeth fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
