Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to a car fire on Osterley Avenue in Isleworth.
A car on the driveway of a house was destroyed by the blaze. Another car and part of the fascia of the semi-detached house were also damaged. Firefighters led one man to safety. He was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade's 999 Control Officers took 11 calls to the blaze.
The Brigade was called at 0118 and the fire was under control by 0210. Fire crews from Heston, Feltham and Chiswick fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
