Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire at a commercial office block on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge.
Part of a kitchenette on the fifth floor of the building was damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1637 and the fire was under control by 1747. Fire crews from Chelsea, Fulham, Soho and Battersea fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
